Meditation Opportunities

Mondays | Tuesdays

 

Monday “Mindfulness Meditation Sangha: We meet from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. Sangha is the word used for community in Pali, the original language of the mindfulness teachings. This is an opportunity to practice together, but also to continue learning and growing together as the time will include a short talk on a mindfulness topic and space for sharing and questions.

Tuesday “Meditate Together”: We meet from 8:15 - 8:45 AM. This time includes 20 minutes to meditate silently using whatever meditation technique you desire. Then I offer a short reflection question with optional sharing. A beautiful time to support our practices and one another. This is a great way to stay connected!
